ALS Research and Support

In June, 2019, my mom was diagnosed with ALS, a progressive neurodegenerative disease frequently referred to as Lou Gehrig's.  It has no known cure, and she passed away three months later. If any of you were lucky enough to know my mom, you probably remember how much and how selflessly she gave.

One of my mom's greatest gifts to me was time spent together in our kitchen, where she encouraged my interest in food and healthy living.  Her devotion and generosity has inspired much of what we do at Kelsi's Kitchen, and as we thought more about the path and the purpose of our small company it became clear to us that we also wanted to give in a meaningful way. This includes small, random acts of giving in our everyday interactions as well as a larger commitment to donate 10% of our profits to ALS research and support.  We hope that our small donations now will grow into something much more significant, and that we can make a meaningful impact in the lives of those living with ALS.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported our journey so far, not only because we love sharing our bites with the world, but also because your support enables us to champion a cause that is near and dear to our hearts. Thank you, and we hope you enjoy our bites as much as we do!
